By registering to use this service you accept and agree to the following terms.

The operators of this service make no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the service or any information provided by the service. The operators of this service are not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of the service.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the quality and availability of the service, unforseen technical issues do occur from time to time and may result in loss of data and or unavailability of the service. Therefore, this service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of this site is at your own risk.

The operators reserve the right to terminate the service for any user who uses the service in a way that is deemed unreasonable by the operators. The Definition of "unreasonable" will be at the sole discretion of the operators. In the event that the operators terminate a user's access, a pro-rata refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us and we will offer a pro-rata refund of the subscription fee.

Privacy

The operators of this site respect your privacy and will not, under any circumstances, sell, share or distribute your name, email address or any other personally identifying information to any other organisation. We will not send you junk email. In fact, we probably won't send you any email at all. We collect your email address purely as a unique identifier for your account on the site. The only cookies we store in your browser are session cookies, which are required to keep you "logged on" to the service. If you have any further questions about our privacy policy and/or wish to have your personally identifiable information deleted, please contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time period.

Location of Data

This service is hosted on cloud computing resources provided by Digital Ocean and is deployed in their San Francisco data center. Database backups containing user information are stored in Amazon Web Services' Sydney data center. Your shared files are not, however, included in this backup.

Access to your Files

In line with the privacy policy above and unless compelled to do so by way of a subpoena, warrant or other legal instrument issued by law enforcement, the operators will not download, view, share, distribute or make available to any other party files that you upload to the service, other than to allow download of said files by those people who have received a copy of the download link and access code.
